Symptom

  • In Portfolio Management, you try to create an Initiative Template.
  • You receive the following errors:
    • You cannot create Phase for Project Template
    • Status of Project Template does not permit you to change the structure
    • An error occurred in the creation of the application object
    • "Change attributes" is not allowed (Project Template )
    • "Change attributes" is not allowed (with GUID no )
