1647392 - Err Msg: "CMS operation timed out after 9 minutes" when update object is being run

Symptom

  • When using ./ccm.sh updateobjects command to update objects in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 you get the following error message:
    • err: ERROR Couldn't query infostore for list of server objects (STU00158)
    • err: Error description: CMS operation timed out after 9 minutes.
  • Note: In Windows when clicking on the update objects button in the Central Configuration Manger results in the same error
