1647415 - The Pdf print mode opens a print dialog instead of showing the report as a PDF document in a CrystalReportViewer web application

Symptom

  • Using a Crystal Reports .NET SDK web application and the CrystalReportViewer.
  • CrystalReportViewer configured to use the Pdf PrintMode.
  • Clicking on the print icon in the toolbar results in a printer dialog window instead of seeing the report in PDF format.
