1647809 - Web intelligence report with chart migrated from 3.1 will cause server creash on Linux

• The Web Intelligence report is able to refresh for the first time, if try to refresh again, will get the following error:
  "The Web Intelligence Server is down or unreachable.", check the servers in CMC, can see the webi server got restarted.
• If save the current report with a different name, the new report works fine.
• If modify the current report, remove the chart from the report, the report is able to refresh any times.
• The issue is only reproducible on Linux system, and the same report runs fine on windows system.
• The issue is reproducible with customers' report or a new report created on 3.1 and has a bar char in the report and migrated to 4.0.

• BI 4.0 with patch 2.6 or lower
