1647842 - Data Flow that extracts from template table is hanging

• Data Services batch job hanging in dataflow that reads from temp-table
• View Optimized SQL shows no push-down is occurring (i.e. for group-by or order-by) although you would expect to see one
• When you look at the ATL of the source datastore you can see something similar to (pay attention to bold letters):
