- Users gets the following error message when launching Interactive Analysis Desktop tool on Windows XP machine:
"The file or directory InstallDir\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\usp10.dll is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility."
