1649635 - Calls to OpenDocument.jsp intermittently fail with a HTTP 400 error

Symptom

  • Calls to OpenDocument.jsp intermittently fail with an HTTP 400 error.
  • This most often occurs after the OpenDocument session expires (default 20 minutes), but may occur after simply refreshing the report called by OpenDocument.
  • This behavior first appeared in Fix Pack 3.4 -- earlier versions of Enterprise XI 3.1 do not exhibit this behavior.

  • This issue is specific to OpenDocument.jsp calls
  • It does not occur within the .NET version OpenDocument.
