1649839 - "User account has been disabled" when logging in to XI 3.1 - Infoview through Trusted Authentication

Symptom

  • Accessing InfoView through Trusted Authentication, the user is redirected to the login page logon.jsp, and the following error is displayed
The user account has been disabled (FWM 00012)
  • While checking the Tomcat logs, or running the Trusted Authentication test script of KB 1305125, another error is displayed
This plugin has been disabled (FWB 00009)
  • It is possible to log into the system with an enterprise account, ruling out the error message visible from InfoView (User disabled)
