1650103 - An error occurred while trying to view the document using iViews in BI Launchpad

Symptom

When viewing a document view using IViews connecting to  BusinessObjects 4.0 we get the following error message:

  • An error has occurred:  An error occurred while trying to view the document
  • HTTP Status 500 - The server encountered an internal error {} that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
