1651183 - Data in CrossTab is not refreshed when stored procedure parameters are changed in Crystal Reports for Eclipse

Symptom

When stored procedure parameters are changed in Crystal Reports for Eclipse the data in Groups and Details is refreshed while the data in CrossTab is not refreshed

Environment

  • Crystal Reports 2011
  • Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0 SP12

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a report in Crystal Reports 2011 that uses JDBC to report from a MS SQL Server stored procedure with parameters
  2. Refresh the report in Crystal Reports 2011 and save the report with data
  3. Refresh the report from a Java application using the Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0 SP12 runtime and set different parameter values
  4. Notice that the data for the Groups and Details gets refreshed while the data for the CrossTab does not

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under Problem Report ID ADAPT01594630

Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be addressed in Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0 Service Pack 13. However, this is on a best endeavor basis and not a guarantee of delivery in this release. The targeted Service Pack may change without prior notification
