  • After applying patch 7 on Business Intelligence 4.0 Support Pack 02, unable to start Crystal Report Cache Server and Dashboard Design Cache Server.
  • Also not able to create Web Intelligence reports from Business Explorer(BEx). When clicked on BEx from Web Intelligence reports getting
    Java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException
