Symptom

  • Error: Unable to Logon
  • Unable to create a report of a BEx Query.
  • When attempting to create a report of an SAP BW BEx Query, via an OLAP connection, Crystal Reports for Enterprise generates the error:
       
       "Unable to Logon
        Please check the SAP logon information saved in the common connection."
