1652790 - Unable to Access Application Sets wth BPC Administration Client

• You cannot access any application sets with the BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) Administration client.
   
• You receive the following error when you try to log into an application set with the BPC Administration client:

• The following error message appears in the TblLogs table in the AppServer database:
