1653370 - The error "Log. Component replacement error" appears when trying to replace logical components assigned to a project.

Symptom

When trying to replace the logical component assigned to a project directly in transactions SOLAR01 or SOLAR02, after a long time processing the message “Log. component replacement error” appears on the bottom of the screen, and the logical component is not changed.

Environment

This issue happens in transactions SOLAR01 and SOLAR02 for Solution Manager systems on version 7.0 or 7.0 EHP1.
