Symptom

  • Attempting to open any WebIntelligence report in the Mobile 3.1 client application installed on a Blackberry Simulator generates the following error: "Error Dismiss: An error has occured!"
  • An alternative error might be: "Invalid message format: null"
  • Occurs with opening any report, including any demo reports.
