Symptom

During production activities or webservice calls to SAP ME which need to access data from tables in ODS schema, the following error message occurs:

javax.ejb.EJBException: nested exception is: java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
