Symptom
It is necessary to open an case with SAP Support, a method of describing the issue is required which will be clear to the SAP Global Support Organization.
The tool is available only from Windows 7, it is not downward compatible with any previous versions of Windows nor is it applicable for other Operating Systems like MAC OS.
The tool will capture data from any source irrespective of release or support package level. No product validity or release are restricted, the tool is applicable for any products which are running on the Windows 7 operating system and higher.
