Symptom

  • You create a Web Intelligence report that contains a number of charts.
  • When you 'Cancel' the 'Format Chart' dialog, you get a 'null' error on any chart in the Web Intelligence document you click on.
  • This error only occurs when using Rich Internet Application mode (Java).
