1655407 - Detail report does not show actual field value

Symptom

When executing the permission level segregation of duties report, the detailed level report shows a range of values and not the actual value that the user/role has in the system.

For example, in the report below, the expectation is that the actual Table Auth Group (field DICBERCLS for permission S_TABU_DIS) that the user has should show in the report. However, as shown below, what actually is displayed is the range that is maintained in the rule architect for the action.
