When trying to enter the menu option Signoff Monitor area an error message is displayed: "Service cannot be reached" and also there will be an URL error message saying that
the http:[server details]/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/GRPC_SIGNOFF_MONITOR/ call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
