Symptom

  • All Internal users can connect to the BOFC application through the Windows and Web client.
  • When an external user fails to connect to BOFC windows client the first time, the second time he tries with the correct credentials he cannot be connected.
  • All other external users cannot be connected as well.
  • Error: "Could not start the Application".
