When clicking on a Business Process Flow (BPF) menu in the SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation web (BPC), Microsoft Excel is launched but the Upload Data File dialog box is not displayed automatically.
However, the user is able to launch the Upload Data File dialog box in Excel by manually selecting the option in the BPC menu.
