1659382 - Logon failed without an error message after entering correct user ID and password

• One or more users attempt aform basedlogon with a correct user ID and password combination to an application deployed on the Netweaver Application Server Java and instead of getting access to the application, the user is presented with the logon page again and no error message is displayed
• Using the same user ID and password it may be possible to logon to an application or client where SAP Logon Ticket authentication is not used, for example in Netweaver AS 6.40-7.02, the Visual Administrator or the System Information application.
