Symptom

During system upgrades (EHP or Upgrade) you might face the following:

error in DDL statement for "<TABLE>" - repeat
SQL-error "60019-ORA-60019: Creating initial extent of size 8 in tablespace of extent size 14" in DDL statement for "<TABLE>"
DB-ROLLBACK()
error in DDL, nametab for "<TABLE>" not activated
