1660184 - From and To addresses not appearing in Sharepoint

Symptom

  • When scheduling a Crystal Report to an e-mail receiver SharePoint Document library as an MS Excel attachment, the attachment comes through but the subject, email from and email to don't come across.
  • This works for other agnostic document formats, such as PDF, RPT etc.

Resolution

  • This has been identified as a product defect and is being tracked under ADAPT01477103
  • This issue is resolved in FixPack 3.7
