1660666 - Explorer is not visible in the CMC Applications section

Symptom

  • Explorer is not visible in the Central Management Console (CMC) Applications section
  • The following error appears when logging into Explorer "Failed to retrieve the Information Space list from the server.  Your user profile does not allow you to perform that request (PS 10005)"
  • Uninstalling Explorer and then reinstalling it will not resolve the issue

** Explorer Servers appear in the CCM and CMC.  Also Add or Remove Programs does show Explorer successfully installed **
