1661502 - Error: class "com.jidesoft.document.DocumentComponentListener" when creating a new WebIntelligence Report in BI Launchpad in SAP BO BI 4.0

Symptom

  • Creating a WebIntelligence report based on BEx Query from BI Launchpad using Internet Explorer browser throws an error:'class "com.jidesoft.document.DocumentComponentListener" does not match trust level of other classes in the same package'.
  • Creating the same report using Firefox browser displays a red-cross mark.
  • Issue occurs after upgrading BI 4.0 SP2 patch 3 to patch 6.
