Symptom

When using a Crystal report with an on-demand subreport within a Publication, the receiver of the report will be prompted for the database logon when drilling down to the on-demand subreport even though the credentials might be hard-coded in the report.

  • Crystal report used in publication
  • On-Demand subreport on same data source as main report
