Symptom

When using the aggregated planning method interactively for planning and running location aggregation, it failed of the liveCache error code 19020:

liveCache COM routine ended with own error code 19,020 - /SAPAPO/SNP897

Through debugging, below error message happened:

Initial category is invalid - /SAPAPO/OM_ERROR2820
