Symptom
After upgrade from XIR2 to XI3.1 SP3 the new server is experiencing constant outages. (Once every 2 to 3 days)
HTTP 500 Errors "Service not available" when users trying o use URL reporting.
When this happens the CMC continue to work (it is based on Tomcat), while IIS based Infoview and custom application is not accessible.
The server itself cannot be reached thru Remote Desktop Connection.
