1663771 - Crystal Report client sessions are not getting released in CMC when closing or logging out of Crystal Report designer

Symptom

  • Sessions opened via Crystal Report 2008 Designer do not get released when the user logs off or closes CR Designer.
  • This issue appears when the user open a report through clicking the menu "File" => "Open" or clicking the "Open" button on the toolbar and then clicking the “Enterprise” in the Open dialog to log in the repository.
