1664235 - Investigating errors in XPRAS phase

Symptom

During an upgrade, EHP or Support Package import you received an error during XPRAS phases
In the XPRAS phase log file you can find a message similar to:
```
1AETR012XProgram terminated (job: "RDDEXECL", no.: "23372800")
```
