1664351 - SSO on SQL server from BI4.0 doesnt work

Symptom

  • webi reports based on universes using kerberos SSO are failing in Business Intelligence 4.0
  • Migrated webi reports using kerberos SSO to the DB are failing with error  "Database error:(Cs)"SSO failed because session cannot be verified:Single sign-on failed because the associated session can not be verified. Try to log on to Business Objects Enterprise again.(FWB 00021)".(IES 10901)"
  • Reports work if they are switched to hard coded credentials
  • reports work in XI 3.1 prior to being migrated
  • AD configuration, delegation, etc has been checked and appears to be properly configured
