1664505 - Crystal Report parameter list menu resizes incorrectly and cuts the parameter menu window in half in the infoview

• In Infoview, when scheduling a Crystal Report and using the Parameters menu option, the Parameters list resizes, cutting itself in half.
• This happens when you have more parameters than can be listed on the screen without a vertical scroll bar to the right to scroll down to the rest of the parameters.
• Select the first parameter and the notice that the scroll bar frame cuts in half.
