  • Scheduled Desktop Intelligence reports remain in Pending status
  • Jobserverchild.exe processes do not get released
  • In the instance History, Next Run Time of recurrence instances may be displayed as JJ-MMM-1979, for example 30-jan-1979
  • In some cases, this issue is encountered after changes were made to the database connection
