In a Web Intelligence document based on a BEx query (BICS), when you apply a sort on the measure, it is still possible the select All > Expand All Hierarchies and Collapse All Hierarchies for BEx hierarchies from the context menu Hierarchical Navigation, even though the fold (-) and unfold (+) icons are removed from the hierarchy in the table block
