1665110 - Functionality of Mass Change For Some Fields In Purchase Order Fact Sheet

You created a purchase order for multiple line items and you saved the purchase order. You would like to do a mass change for some fields like Delivery Date and Ship-To/Service Location ID. But you can't see any options to modify the purchase order for mass change.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks section and select New Purchase Order.
3. Fill the mandatory details and go to the Items tab.
4. Add multiple Line Items to the Purchase Order.
5. Now you would like to do a mass change for some fields like Delivery Date and Ship To/Service Location ID.
6. You can't see any options to do a mass change for the addressed fields.

Mass change for purchase order items are not supported in current release.

We already have this requirement in our backlogs requests list for the functionality of Mass change of some fields in Purchase Order fact sheet and will consider it in the future plan.
