1665423 - Purchasing Catalog in different languages?

Symptom

Purchasing Catalog maintained in the Customizing in English language. End user logs onto the system using a different logon language. Now, catalog links which used to be displayed in the different logon language are not displayed. But if the user logon to the system in English language, Catalog links are displayed.
