Symptom

The following error message is received when refreshing a Crystal report based on IBM DB2 database from InfoView / BI Launchpad:

The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection.
Test Report
Details:  [Database Vendor Code: -1013 ] []

Schedule of the same reports fail with the following error message:
