1666000 - SBOP BI 4.0: Error: secWinAD# (FWM02017) after Windows AD with Kerberos and Vintela SSO authentication was implemented

Symptom

When trying to login to BI Launch Pad using Windows AD with Kerberos and Vintela SSO, the following error is displayed:

secWinAD# Choose whether to let the user change the authentication type.
If it isn't shown the default authentication type from above will be used.
The 0 plug-in does not exist in the CMS. (FWM 02017)
