1666120 - Error: "The page cannot be displayed" when accessing InfoView through TAM

• XI3.1 and TAM have been running in production and new test environment has been created
• To support SSO on the test environment, InfoView web application and TAM are configured as described in SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Administrator's Guide
• Production environment uses a certificate issued by a third party but the test environment uses the default certificate TAM has
• Access to InfoView through TAM gets the error "The page cannot be displayed"
• Direct access to InfoView works fine
