1666377 - Workaround for File/JDBC/Mail Adapter not polling

• You notice that a Process Integration (PI) polling adapter, e.g. File, JDBC or Mail, stops polling from the source system directory.
• No error occurs in PI e.g. in the Runtime Workbench -> Communication Channel Monitoring, Message Monitoring or in transaction SXMB_MONI
