1666484 - How to reset/recreate Windows AD plugin in BI 4.x.

Symptom

IMPORTANT NOTE: Editing the CMS DB is absolutely NOT SUPPORTED in any case.  This option should only be considered if the only alternative is to rebuild the CMS database.

Prior to implementing the instructions below, other bugs and AD configuration issues should be ruled out.  This may require additional troubleshooting by the BI-BIP-AUT support component, including anaylzing CMS traces and packet scans of the workflows.

ALWAYS PERFORM A COMPLETE CMS DATABASE BACKUP PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTING THE STEPS BELOW!!!  

The Windows AD plugin has become unusable in the SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x Platfrom environment
