1666801 - BPC 7.5 NW Cannot connect to Planning and Consolidation server

Symptom

  • After product installation, the following error message would be produced upon opening the SAP Server Manager:

"Cannot connect to Planning and Consolidation web server. Please check your Planning and Consolidation web server and your IE proxy"

  • In the diagnostics screen, a generic error would be produced under "SAP ABAP Server Connection", and "Microsoft Message Queue".
