1666945 - When password expiry policy is set in LDAP, a relevant error message to be returned when a user tries to log in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x

Symptom

  • Once the LDAP password has expired, and the user tries to log into Infoview, the following error message is displayed:
    Account Information Not Recognized: Invalid username or password. If your account is under any root other than ou=sims,dc=schenker,dc=com, you must enter your DN. (FWB 00007) (FWM 00007)
  • The same error is also returned if you log in with a wrong username and password
