1667353 - Negative results in MB5B / GI before GR within a period

• When the report MB5B is executed for a specific posting date, it shows negative results, even when negative stocks have not been allowed in the customizing.
• The system allows the posting of a goods issue with a posting date before than the goods receipt within a posting period.
