1667840 - How to Create Purchase Order With Zero Price Line Item

You create Purchase Order with Zero Price ,system display an the error message :

Price missing; price required for expected follow-up documents invoice or ERS.

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Under the common task select New Purchase Order.
4. Select the button View All.
5. Fill all the mandatory ,but price is zero
6. Select the button Check.

As per standard system behavior it is not possible to create a Purchase Order with  Invoice Expected and Price zero.

Also when the item price has been filled, either Invoice Expected or ERS flag should be set, other wise system will throw this error.

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to  Purchase Orders view.
3. Under the common task select New Purchase Order.
4. Select the button View All.
5. Fill all the necessary details with price zero.
6. Navigate to the sub-tab Basic Data.
7. Remove the flag (if any) for the checkbox Invoice Expected or Evaluated Receipt Settlement.
8. Click the button Check.
9. You will get the warning message The purchase order value is too low.
10. But system will allow you to post the Purchase Order.
