You got the Health Check case in Key User Inbox and you would like to solve the issue raised by Health Check.
- Go to the Application and User Management work center.
- Go to cases and Service Tasks view and click on the cases.
- Click on the Edit button and navigate to Health Check Context tab.
- Under the Explanation tab you will find the Description & Recommended Action.
Please note that tab Health Check Context will only appear if case in created by Health Check.
