1667985 - How to Find Description & Recommended Action of Health Check User Incident


You got the Health Check case in Key User Inbox and you would like to solve the issue raised by Health Check.


  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to cases and Service Tasks view and click on the cases.
  3. Click on the Edit button and navigate to Health Check Context tab.
  4. Under the Explanation tab you will find the Description & Recommended Action. 

Please note that tab Health Check Context will only appear if case in created by Health Check.
