Symptom

 

  • When trying to create connection in universe designer tool with sales force ODBC  it returns the  error
  • " The server is not responding! (SBO0001)" The details for the message is DBD: [Data Direct][ODBC Sales force driver][ODBC Sales Force] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:com/ddtek/cloud/sql/Jni Communicator"
  • we installed the Data Direct Salesforce 6.1 and cannot create a connection in the Universe Designer Tool
  • using Data Direct Salesforce.com 7.0 connection fail
  • cannot create a connection to salesforce.com In IDt (information Design Tool DataDirect][ODBC Salesforce driver][ODBC SalesForce]java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ddtek/cloud/sql/JniCommunicator
