1669280 - NetWeaver link to Explorer fails to open using SSO logon token. The Explorer login screen appears

Symptom

  • SSO configured to open InfoView, OpenDocument and Explorer using logon token (KBA 1537435) attached in the references section
  • User can open links to documents in InfoView but if a link to an infospace is selected, the Explorer logon page appears
